 Stat up cost and funds needed for a Colonia Mission Chruch  

The Plan

The property is  $500.00 down payment and a note for 10 years.

2- years worth of payments       $ 4,800.00

2- years pastor salary                  $ 24,000.00

Building cost                          $ 25,000.00

1 year  $ 500.00 per month    $ 6,000.00

Total 3 year plan  cost = " a new place to worship and a community won to Jesus."     

Balance of the property cost will be paid out by the congregation starting the 2nd year.

Training

1st year    Church organization training

Pastor training,  staff development, Sunday School training.

Community relations, building ministries that will have an impact on the community.

2nd year: Consentration on church growth

continue with education for staff and pastor.

 Constitution  of  Church.

Teacher training.

3rd Year:  Help new church start new ministries and new missions.  Fellowship and support with the end of the new start.

When the new church finishes paying for its property it will have a vested interest.
